Turkish chemical exports to Germany jumped 35.7% on an annual basis to $706 million in the first seven months of 2021, Trend News Agency reported on Friday.
In July 2021, the value of Turkey’s chemical product exports to Germany reached $96.3 million, up by 33.8 percent compared to the same month last year.
Turkish chemical sector’s overall exports to international markets soared to $13.8 billion in the January-July period, an increase of 37.3 percent on annual basis.
The country exported chemical products worth $1.9 billion in July this year, which is 21.5 percent more than in July 2020.
Additionally, Turkey has generated $22 billion in chemical product exports in the last 12 months.
